The Backyard, an Austin music tradition, first opened in 1993 in Bee Cave, offering an intimate, open-air venue that hosted legendary artists like Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, and Coldplay. Over the years, it became a cherished destination for both musicians and fans, drawing over a million visitors to experience world-class performances in a beautiful Hill Country setting.
