About the Property

This project marks the first ground-up office development in Austin’s Opportunity Zones and is arguably one of the first in the State of Texas.

With nearly 63,000 square feet of creative office space, the development is poised to generate over 300 net new jobs in the Think East neighborhood of East Austin.

Additionally, the area’s first eatery will be established through the adaptive reuse of an on-site 2,000-square-foot historic home.
